OBC maintains a nationwide service coverage area to ensure that our customers always have access to prompt support, regardless of where they are located. Being there for you, when you need us and where you need us, is the hallmark of the OBC brand.
OBC employs a full-time staff of service technicians with a combined field experience of more than 85 years. We also maintain a national network of additional on-call technicians that we are able to deploy on a moment’s notice. All our technicians are experienced welders and are fully trained to perform complete relines, cylinder repacking, electrical and hydraulic diagnostics and repair, turnkey installation and operator training and most any other service needs that may arise on all the equipment we sell. We also work with many of our customers to manage and implement a routine preventative maintenance program on all their equipment to keep everything running at maximum efficiency.
Prior to working in the field for OBC, all our technicians are required to complete a comprehensive safety training program and many carry a CDL for proper operation of larger vehicles. Training and certification is always ongoing to make sure that everyone on our team always emphasize safe practices in everything they do. This not only applies to how we work, but also to helping make sure your operation is being conducted as safely possible.
Within our national covered service area, customers who have purchased new or used equipment from us are provided with guaranteed priority to have a technician on-site for any requested service needs. We’re here for you and we really mean that.
OBC also operates a complete rigging services division with more than 30 years of experience. We provide warehouse storage, plant relocation, and Landoll trailer flatbeds that service up to 30 tons. We offer forklift services to lift 15 tons, or a crane service that lifts between 45 tons and 60 tons. As with all our service technicians, OSHA compliance training is required of our rigging team representatives.
Our great service and support includes an experienced parts staff and access to an extensive inventory of parts for nearly every baler out there. From late model equipment to the hardest-to-find and most obscure needs, you can count on us to take care of you. If we can’t get it, there is a good chance it doesn’t exist.
